ABOUT ERIN CASTELLOE

Erin and her husband, Michael, have three children: 7-year-old twin daughters, Jessie and Olivia, and 2-year-old son, Damian.  Jessie and Olivia are in 1st grade at Canyon View.  Damian cannot wait until he gets to go to school with them!  Erin completed her undergraduate degree in Spanish and Biology at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and her medical degree at the University of Minnesota – Minneapolis.  She practiced Family Medicine at Scripps Clinic until 2006 and currently works part-time as a Pharmacovigilance consultant.  She enjoys attending plays, reading, and practicing Bikram’s yoga.  Erin is honored to be a member of the Foundation.
