ABOUT LOIS PETERSON

Lois Peterson moved to California from suburban Maryland 6 years ago, with her husband, Mike and their children: a Canyon View 4th grader and a Mesa Verde 7th grader.  She was involved in the Foundation and fundraising efforts at her daughter’s former school in Washington, D.C.;The Lowell School, and enjoys helping the Foundation with its many worthwhile projects and fundraisers at Canyon View.  As an English tutor and former High School educator herself, she knows the importance and difference it can make in children's lives to have enough computers, books, supplies and teachers.  Lois looks forward to continuing to work with the foundation for the next two years.
